Welcome
To East Hill
We are a family of believers worshiping on the corner of 12th and Delaware, near the York College campus. We believe that Jesus came to draw all people to him, so we aim to reach out to anyone who wants to learn more about him. We invite you to look around the site and see if East Hill is a place you would like to visit.
Every church has its own unique identity. If you are thinking about visiting East Hill, there are a few things you might want to know about us.

ALL ABOUT JESUS
What We Believe
Christians don’t need to see eye-to-eye on everything. Unity is not the same thing as uniformity.
But there are some things that we believe are essential to what we are trying to do at East Hill.
The Bible reveals God’s story
The words of the Bible are the heart of
all we are and all we teach.
God is the center of our story
The Bible reveals God as three-in-one:
Father, Son, and Spirit.
We are called to respond to the story
Jesus came so that everyone could be saved, but God will not force himself on us.
Our Ministers
Preaching Minister: Glenn Hawley
Glenn Hawley has served as the preaching minister at East Hill since moving to York in 2016. His responsibilities include preaching, leading the adult education program, and helping people with their spiritual formation. Glenn holds degrees from York College, Oklahoma Christian University, and the Harding School of Theology. He is also a member of the National Storytellers’ Association. Glenn is completely in love with his wife, Leanna. They met at York College and have been married since 1984. Glenn and Leanna have three grown children: Jared, London, and Melora.
Worship & Family Minister: Glenn Dallmann
Glenn Dallmann is glad to call York, NE home since 2012, even as he maintains his claim to be “from” the Land of 10,000 Lakes; Minnesota. Glenn serves as the Worship and Family Minister. In this role Glenn seeks to help the church present ourselves to God in meaningful worship, and help families and the church grow together in Christ. Glenn also coordinates our parent-led youth ministry. He makes himself available for counseling, prayer, and Bible study. He holds degrees from Harding University and Rochester College. Glenn is married to Heidi (Jaekel) and they have four children who all still live at home: Elias, Elliot, Piper, and Peter.
